I need help. Me and my fiancé rescued a puppy from a puppy mill last week while we were on vacation visiting our family. She howls and cries so much in the crate, and live in an apartment building. We don’t want complaints because we’d like to give her a good, loving home. We can’t let her sleep with us because our other dog would probably be sad/jealous, and she was given to us with worm parasites…and she’s not potty trained. We’ve tried covering the crate, giving toys, radio, ThunderShirt. We just don’t want to be given an ultimatum if complaints start coming in.
