13 weeks complications...

Hello all. Im currently 13 +3. Found out my last and final LO is a baby boy! Been struggling a lot with this pregnancy, unfortunately. So much, that yesterday, i ended up having a non-emergent appointment at my office. My uterus is retroverted very badly, and baby is so low and deep that im having bathroom issues (even with healthy diets and supplements).my doctor was unable to pick up baby'sheartbeatwith the heart doppler so she did an ultrasound instead. Thankfully, baby is ok, and was jumping around like crazy! She seems concerned about how low and deep my uterus is. This is my fourth pregnancy. Im on several additional supplements now and she also decided to start me on a low blood pressure medication, as my BP hasnt been horrible, but for me, its been slightly higher, causing headaches and hand swelling. Any advice or words of peace is much appreciated. Just worried. Its still very early and im concerned about the remainderof this pregnancy. Pictureof my baby boy from yesterday!
