Thrift Store Debate

The other night I suggested to my hubs that we check out Goodwill/Salvation Army for the larger baby items (since he's a penny pincher lol) & he said he feels uncomfortable shopping there because he feels those places are meant strictly for people who can't afford full price/retail & he doesn't want to take from them.

It honestly never had crossed my mind as my mom always taught us to give & donate & that retail/name brands didn't matter. I can't even count the treasures I've found at thrift stores lol. But it made me think: does he have a point?

What are your thoughts ladies?

Goodwill/Salvation Army: for all or leave it for those who need it?
