9wk subchorionic hemorrhage - First Time Momma

Goodmorning Mommas! Just wanted to ask abo it personal experiences with subchorionic hemorrhage! Yesterday morning I woke up to find that I was in fact bleeding, quite heavily with some clotting but no cramping or any pain. I immediately thought the worst. My husband came home and we made the drive to my OB. When they started the ultrasound I just held my breathe, until I heard that strong heart rate of 172 bpm…..baby was perfect! However, they couldn’t find anything on my ultrasound indicating WHY I was bleeding - they chalked it up to a subchorionic hemorrhage that is already pinching itself off. That being said - yesterday I still had some brown clotting and spotting, as well as today. How long should I expect this to last? Any way to help calm my anxieties?
