Has this happened to anyone else?

So I’ve been experiencing frequent urination, fatigue, excessive thirst, headaches, and nausea for a few weeks at this point. I got my implant out Monday and nothing is really different. I mostly get nauseous at night or early in the morning. Last night I was nauseous off and on. This morning the feeling got very intense and I ended up throwing up as soon as I got in the bathroom. I’ve felt shaky all day up until now after finally eating. I’m seriously feeling like this isn’t from my implant as I’ve been on birth control before and never felt like this at least for this long
