Debilitating leg pain 30 weeks - feedback appreciated

I’ll be 30 weeks on Tuesday and I’ve had sciatica pain basically this whole pregnancy. However tonight it is taking a turn for the ultimate worst. I have been in so much pain no matter what I do sitting standing laying down and it’s to the point where I am crying in pain. I’ve only felt him move lower down/groin area all day today as if he’s nestling in and I think he’s literally so low that the nerve is pinched at this point. My entire left leg has sharp shooting pains it’s at the point where my whole leg and foot are numb and tingly, which has never happened anytime I’ve experienced the sciatica.

I am getting a Support belt however, I am unsure if I can wear it while sitting or is it only while standing because that’s basically the problem that no matter what position I’m in, it doesn’t get better. I was super sad because tonight I was going to rub my oldest hand and hair for him to fall asleep and I had to tell him that mommy is in so much pain. I can’t do it tonight 😭

I’ve taken two extra strength Tylenol however, it doesn’t seem to be combatting the pain as much as I would like it to so I think I’m going to take a Tylenol 3 tonight which I was prescribed early in pregnancy and I only take it when absolutely necessary and tonight is definitely necessary…

I’ve given birth the first time at 35+4 and the second at 37 weeks by just three hours and so obviously the worry of him coming early is a concern. But I know it’s probably not any sort of sign indicating that labour is near. I was told I have two placental lakes at 20 weeks but I know that is irrelevant in this situation and no other concerns.

I’ve read that you can do exercises and stretching to alleviate the pain but even before tonight I can barely get off the ground once getting down there and I don’t think it’s an option for me at this point.

Just posting to see if any mamas have feedback on this!

I am sending baby dust and a hope for healthy pregnancies, deliveries and babies to you all 💕✨
