First symptoms?

Hi all,

I’m 15 dpo and my tests are not getting darker. I have a pain on my right side (I was scanned for a cyst prior to falling and there was nothing there) but it’s getting a bit worse since testing positive. Could I be getting ectopic symptoms this early on in pregnancy?
