Any recommendations on breastfeeding friendly protein shakes?!? Before I got pregnant I used NLA Her Whey and it was great, but I've seen some conflicting article about whey while breastfeeding. I'm 13w pp, just got back to the gym on a regular schedule and starting back at work in a week.... I'm trying to find a good protein shake to make things more convenient with my busy work schedule. :)
