Anyone else?

I need to know if anyone else is experiencing this? Im 6 weeks pp and during the first week super heavy flow (like the worst with cramping, which is normal but I’ve never experienced that much with my 4 other kids), then it tapered off to nothing by week 3 pp. Right before week 4pp I got my period which was way heavier than normal and lasted longer. Again it tapered off to nothing and I was good for almost a week. Now it’s started again with like another period? Like damn just be done…. I know everyone is going to say well ask your doctor, but I can’t. For some reason after this birth (I’ve been with the same ob for the last 4 out 5 kids) they’ve pushed my postpartum appointments until 8.5 weeks pp 🙄
