I slept with this guy

I slept with this guy that I had only met one time before. We had sex and I told him to use a condom. During sex he took it off and I knew because it felt different. So I turn around and he throws the condom and says it was on the whole time. Then I start questioning him because I’m freaking out because I’m ovulating. He had came and then I think that’s when he took the condom off after. Could I get pregnant ? He lies and said the condom broke. Then he said it might’ve been a few strokes he doesn’t remember. Then he tried to make me take a plan b which doesn’t work when you’ve already ovulated…. Sooo now I’m 8dpo and negative pregnancy test so far. But is it too early to test ? Also I am not with this guy..
