Gestational sac😞

Hi everyone! I am 41 years old and naturally felt pregnant after 8years of trying. I am 6 weeks and 5 days. Normal pregnancy sore breasts very tired.. but happy. My problem is that at my first visit with the doc she said the embrion is 6.5 days but the gestational sac is 6 days. We will see in 2weeks if something changes otherwise we will have to stop the pregnancy🥲 have u ever heard of small gestational sac if it grows with time? There is nothing i can do like taking medecine or more rest just wait and pray🙏🙏
