False labor/Braxton hicks

Since 29 weeks (I'm now 31w3d) I keep going into false labor. It happens daily and it's so uncomfortable! Even when I'm not in Braxton hicks, walking and standing is so uncomfortable. I was checked at 29 weeks, no dilation or effacement. Had tummy check yesterday, no internal, but OB said all is well, welcome to the third trimester! Anyone else going through this?
