Hand and foot pain

Has anyone experienced like a pain or ache in their wrist , hands , fingers , ankles, feet , and toes . It started happening yesterday and it was hard to sleep . It’s been happening on and off in random places all day. I’ve also had slight headaches and been feeling a tad off . I took my blood pressure and it gave me weird numbers .

First time was 130/89

Second time was 126/94

I wanted for my husband and we got 148/88

Tried a 4th time and was 116/82

Then it was showing my heart rate as irregular .

Im called to schedule an appointment with my dr to check my hormones as I’m getting negative tests and haven’t gotten my period . She didn’t have anything for over a month but this makes me want to call and try to see someone else .
