Natural cycles?
Hi! I am planning on getting my IUD out because I’ve been getting a lot of infections due to it, and I was thinking of using natural cycles, not solely but, wanted to know if anyone had experience with NC and how it is/how the transition is from IUD to NC with your body regulating off of the hormones?
