Placenta previa

Anyone with “complete placenta previa” early in pregnancy end up having it correct itself? I’m 13w and have had light spotting due to placenta previa. The ultrasound showed my placenta is completely covering my cervix right now. I am going to go insane on pelvic rest until September and I’m devastated I may not even get a chance to labor after a lot of things being out of my control my first pregnancy. 😔
