Burning butthole

Guys im on my period and i only been on it for like 3 days….i only use pads because tampons kind of hurt because iv never had anything up there at all not even a penis….i only wore a tampon which was the first and last time i wore a tampon but the tampons make me really dizzy when i wore one once thats why i refuse to wear one now…but ever since my period started my butthole has been like burning really bad an im thinking maybe its because blood is leaking backwards towards my butthole but when i wipe down there i wipe with baby wipes so there wont be any dry blood to irritate the skin but i tried using vaseline to help but i dont think it’s helping its still burning really bad….so like what do you guys think?…i know it may be TMI…also im 21 years old btw.
