Is one blunt a day bad for you?

I usually smoke one blunt a day with game cigar wrap. Is this bad? I’m not a fan of paper because it burns uneven and quick. I’m thinking maybe a bong would be healthier.

Raw cones are better for smoking as their organic hemp.  Cigar wraps are crappy because of the tobacco that’s in them, even taking it out. It just seeps into the wrap while it sits- so personally I don’t think there that good. 
Smoking once a day isn’t bad though but this is coming from someone who smokes 4-5 blunts a day 😅

As someone who has smoked everything from blunts to bongs to bowl to paper, vape, etc... every day of my life from ages 15-45, I can tell you from experience ￼that in the long term none of it is healthy for you whatsoever.￼ Smoking is harmful to your lungs no matter what you are smoking.
