Any tips to bringing in labor naturally ?

Hello ladies
I will be 39 weeks tomorrow and it does not seem like my little one is coming out any time soon.
She seems to be quite comfortable inside.My doc told me I was only 1 cm dilated at 38 weeks.
What can I do to bring in labor naturally?

I'm not sure if it actually helped because babe will come when they want but with my second baby I watched some YouTube videos on stretched and exercises. I did those for a hour or so and then went into labor the next day.

Talk with your doctor first but, I've heard sex and breast massages can start it. Also eat 6 medjool dates a day.

I feel you! I am 38w3d and trying to go into natural labor before my induction Monday. I have been doing the miles circuit, curb walking for 20-40 mins, having sex, and eating dates & drinking red raspberry leaf tea (with OB approval).
