Testing tomorrow

I'm taking a test tomorrow as soon as I wake up, I will be 4 weeks exactly if I am pregnant. I took a test a few days ago and I saw a very faint positive but it could be from me just wanting to see things. Hoping and Praying I am. This will be our rainbow baby. I'm pretty sure I am based on fatigue morning sickness sore breasts and a fever of 99.1 degrees Fahrenheit. But I'm praying that it turns positive I'm not sure I can handle more heartbreak! 😭
