Breast lump while nursing

Help! I’m panicking. About a month ago I felt a wiggly lump in my left breast, went in for a check and ultrasound imaging. Everything looked healthy and my doctor said to recheck in a month. It’s still there so I called back. They’re sending me to a breast specialist so she can read my imaging and go from there - she said out of an abundance of caution but I am literally panicking and want to cry. My daughter will be two in July so we are at the end of our nursing journey and I know my hormones are regulating so I’m trying to…calm myself. But…has anyone had this happen to them and it be ok? I just want to sob. 😭
