Am I in pre labor?

Hi ladies! I had a Dr appt on wed and I had my cervix checked. He said I was 1cm dilated and everything looked good. During exam there was no blood or anything. I came home I had a very light brown discharge and I wasn't worried since that could happen during the cervix check

So we had sex with my husband that night. Everything was fine. Afterwards, while I was brushing my teeth, I felt like something came, so when I looked and cleaned myself again, I saw it was jelly like a long, lil bloodish thing. And Google search said it was my mucus plug..

That night I couldn't sleep at all, I was worried if I was in labor what not. But I only had light brown discharge. Next day, there was nothing but this morning I woke up with brown discharge again and more pain on my over ease like I am getting my period.

Did anyone has a similar experience? Did you get in labor right after losing your mucus plug? If not how long did it take ?
