Am I pregnant ?

Am I seeing correctly? Me and my partner have been trying for 8 months and I was ready to throw in the towel. For the month of April I decided not to do any opk or bbt. I went to my gynecologist and she prescribed metformin and letrozole. I’ve been taking the metformin for a week. My period is due tomorrow but I just decided to test even though I didn’t have my hopes up. Is this really a positive? It came up within seconds.
