Ashwaganda root. It supposedly helps balance hormones and can help increase fertility. (I didn’t know this when I started taking it) I was only using it to help with my anxiety, but I got back with my 1st child’s father and we hooked up a couple times, I found out 12 or 13 days after I started seeing him again that I was pregnant😅 I have PCOS as well as imbalanced hormones so I believe the ashwaganda had to have done something lol

Inositol has worked really well for me. It helps with hormone production/balance and I’ve found that it also helps with my acne and regulating hunger throughout the day. It works in a similar way to metformin, which is often prescribed for fertility and people with pcos. Unlike metformin however it’s over the counter. I use the 3:6:1 ratio inositol from pink stork, there’s evidence for that ratio working better for fertility than the more common 40:1 ratio. I haven’t gotten my bfp yet but since taking this supplement my lh tests have been getting darker over the months, and I have had less pms symptoms and more regular cycles (always 28 days, they used to vary from 26-31 days).

I have hypothyroidism. It is regulated with medication but I go frequently to get my levels checked because it fluctuates a lot. I wasn’t having regular periods or ovulating regularly when I conceived my second. We just had sex frequently throughout the month. I made sure to go in as soon as I found out I was pregnant to check my levels because there is a slightly different normal range when pregnant and it’s important to make sure those levels are maintained. We increased my dosage at that time as well. 
The first step is to make sure you’re on medication to make sure your specific imbalance is corrected.

Often there is something causing it so it is best to visit your doctor to find out what is causing it. For me I had to take medication to get my hormone levels back in normal range. The medication had to have a prescription so i wouldn't have been able to get it without visiting my doctor
