Sister under extreme anxiety

My sister suffered an ectopic pregnancy only at 19 years old and lost her right fallopian tube, got pregnant 3 times after that and miscarried all three. She is now pregnant again and is at 14 weeks, just got back the results from NIPT which everyone was excited to know the gender when the results came back as positive for trisomy 13….. is it possible that she is a carrier?

We’re so hopeful. We are praying that her baby girl is a healthy baby. Looking for some uplifting words and prayers.. 🙏🏼
