I can’t tell if I’m starting to go into love slowly or not

I’m 33 weeks pregnant history of preterm labor (lucky I made it this far as my others were born at 30-32 weeks) I’ve had tons of Braxton hicks and I can always tell because they don’t hurt they just get really tight but this morning since about 9 am every 30-40 mins I’m getting a super painful cramp that starts in the front and moves into my back and last about 45-1 min or so, and it makes me almost want to puke. But it’s coming so sporadic I’m not sure if it’s labor. I’m laying down when it’s happening? Haven’t had any other mucas plug or water break, with my first my water broker and labor didn’t start for 3 days so this is all new like having contractions that start at home this time, I’m just not sure.
