IUD removal

Katie • I Have a beautiful daughter. Just got my bfp for baby # 2 after a mc in oct.
Has any one experienced this?
​I had an IUD for 5 years after I had my first child, now I'm trying to get pregnet again. I got my IUD takin out aug 1, 2014 and still have not gotten my period.
