First postpartum period

So my little is 3 months and I’m breast feeding him so my period hasn’t happened yet. But a couple days ago I started spotting it was pretty dark red and then some brown. It’s not enough to fill up a pad or tampon but more than a couple drops here and there. Im stressing thinking this is implantation bleeding it’s been on going for 2 days (todays the third)

Just need to know if anyone else had this happen?? my period is normally heavier than this but could be because it’s my first postpartum period or first period on new birth control…

Also wanted to add my husband hasn’t cum inside me since my little has been born so I’m really not sure how I could be pregnant other than maybe pre cum.
