Thoughts on my mommy make over

We’ll back in 2021 I paid 5500 for a fat augmentation. I had high hopes I was going to get a way bigger but but I’m guessing they jus took the love handles out and fixed the Misshape a lil bit. I’m grateful for any type of change, but I’m still very much insecure. I feel like I could work out, but I think one more will do the job and jus wanting opinions bc it doesn’t look too much different in my opinion and I jus wanted some feedback honestly.
