Need advice

I was due for AF on december 18 and she didnt show up then one christmas day i spotted for a couple hours then stopped. This happened for 4 days then stopped. I took a test monday and thought i saw a faint line, took a test the next morning and same thing happened. Spotting has stopped amd i am getting nauseated, veey tired and have sore breasts. Could i possibly be pregnant?
