Clear blue weeks saying further along than I am??!

Question

So I’ve just taken a Clearblue digital test which has said I’m 3+ weeks along, but I only had sex once last month and it was only just 2 weeks ago (happened to be on ovulation day, and had protection! 🤪)

How accurate are the week indicators? And if it’s saying more could this indicate multiples? Anyone else had this happen and it’s still been one?

They aren't very accurate. A test can't confirm when you conceived. Weeks of pregnancy are calculated from the first day of your last period anyway. On the ear blue instructions it will say to add two weeks to what comes up on the screen. But you need to go by your LMP to start with anyway so it doesn't really make a difference.

The weeks aren’t accurate. And HCG levels aren’t an indication of multiples (only an ultrasound is).
