Birth control and acne

I've been taking Minastrin 24 Fe for two weeks now and this is my first time on any contraceptive pill. My acne has been pretty bad for awhile now and was one of the main reasons I wanted to get on BC, but it has gotten so much worse since starting minastrin! Is this just a side effect and it will clear up in a few weeks/ month? Or should I try a new prescription?? Desperate because I'm a college student and don't have time to worry about acne :(
