Trying but no success

Me and my fiance are trying to convince. It will be our first child. We have been together now 7 year in February I'm 22 he is 27. We have an active sex life and we don't use any kind of birth control at all. We both climax almost everytime but still nothing. We have been using this app for 3 months now and still nothing. How long should we wait till we get help....... HELP
