2month old congested

My LO is 2 months old and is congested. She sounds like there is so much snot while she’s breathing but when I suction it hardly anything comes out 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m thinking it’s allergies bc she also has been sneezing quite a bit, no fever or anything just seems a little uncomfortable. can someone give me some suggestions on how to get her nose cleaned out or what I can do for this?
