I'm so confused

Hey yall I'm really confused right now I have an app that I downloaded on my phone to track my period and the app said that I'm supposed to have my period today but since I took a pregnancy test and it was negative I also downloaded a pregnancy app to track my progress and it says that I'm 4 weeks pregnant but what confused me is that this morning I wake up and I saw blood on my panties but once again the test is negative I don't know what to do. Do yall think I'm probably pregnant?
