Questions!

Hello everyone! A while back I made a post asking what others experiences have been when using vitex/chasteberry when you have regular cycles/ovulation, I only got about 4 commenters, but they all advised not to take it as it messed up everything for them. I listened to that advice, but have recently come across this (picture) I was hesitant because of the vitex/chasteberry, but noticed there was a super discount and decided to buy it. I haven’t taken any yet because I’m still nervous. Can anyone tell me if any one of these ingredients listed on here has made their cycle/ovulation irregular? I have regular cycles, usually 27-29 days and usually ovulate CD 13-16, just no luck actually conceiving yet. I obviously don’t want to mess anything up and make the process harder. Please help!!
