Help please

So I had another ultrasound yesterday should have been 6 weeks 4 day but only measured 5 weeks 4 days last week's ultrasound I was 5 weeks 2 days I'm praying Tuesday when I go for another scan it has grown if not the doc said I'll have 3 choices. 1 have a d&c. 2 he can give me pills to start the miscarriage or 3 I can do it naturally. I'm holding on to hope since I'm not in pain or bleeding and still very tired and am nauseous yet please pray for me. Has anyone had any experiences like this and had a good healthy pregnancy?
