Anyone else with a Face Presentation birth?!

Currently 39w&4d , been to triage a few times but have been sent home cause these contractions aren’t doing anything. They’ve been 5mins apart for up to 3 hours but no change in my cervix whatsoever. A midwife tonight told me that baby is “looking outward” so face presentation and that my body is trying to flip baby girl into the right birthing position. Midwife said baby girl is still a lil high so we’re okay but I’m wondering if anyone else had this experience, cause no pregnant mama should Google things … YET HERE I AM 😅😅😅😅 and I’m freaking out a lil bit cause my 2nd child was a difficult delivery and I’m worried. I’m due May 21 and there’s no induction date set either so that’s another thing 😅 I was 3cm when last checked and just been stuck there. Any tips/tricks/ ANYTHING to get baby in the right spot?? Thanks y’all 🫶🏼

My first was sunny side up and it was the WORST back pain because the head scrapes near the spine and sciatic nerve on the way down. I suggest epidural of baby is still in that position.

My second came out sunny side up! We weren't expecting that and it was actually a really easy delivery

My son was sunny side up, he was vacuumed out but I only pushed for 10 mins with a failed epidural.

My son was facing the wrong way when I was in labor with him and it cussed back labor which was quite literally the worst thing I ever experienced. My epidural didn’t work twice so I had to put in 3 different times. And I could still feel the contractions and back pain. He also would not move down from -3. After 20 hours after my Indy uti on started he ended up going from -3 to literally his bag was hanging outside of me. He moved down so fast his cord wrapped around his neck and everyone rushed me. I literally felt the bag come out and thought his head already popped out 😂

My first was face up, I had no problems delivering, though you do have to push really, really hard.

I delivered an anterior face first baby. Took 2 hours of difficult pushing but managed it and all was well. Was my first so had nothing to compare to. Had my 2nd anterior crown first in only 15 min of much easier pushing. If baby is posterior face first you'll need a c section. Posterior crown first is possible vaginally but from what I've heard lots of back pain.

Mine flipped while i was in labor. She also somehow ended up facing my hip. She got stuck at -2 and they were gonna assist her out but she was coming out eyeball first so i ended up in a c section after 3.5 hours of pushing. I had read getting on all fours helps flip them the right way
