Itchy red and sore

So yesterday I had protected sex twice yesterday, once in the early morning and again in the late morning. Well after the second time, I noticed I began to itch down there as well as a little sore and uncomfortable. So I decided to google possible causes and it came up with STIs (I don’t think it’s that cause we used protection), contact dermatitis, or irritation from not enough lubrication

Today the itching is still there and I’m still sore. I took a picture and it’s slightly red and there is a small skin tag like bump on the inside which I have never really noticed before. (Picture of redness and small bump)

Any ideas what’s causing my itchiness and redness? Any ideas on how I can help soothe or if I should see my OB?
