Pre labor signs?

I am 30w4d and I was admitted for a few days to get steroids and meds to stop contractions. Since coming home and being off all meds I’ve been a little more nauseous, no appetite, weight loss, cramps, low back pain, pelvic pressure, bump has dropped, and looser more often bm’s, I’ve also started leaking colostrum. I’ve tried ignoring all this but I’m just worried this is all just a precursor that contractions are about to kick back up. Anyone else having all these not 38+ weeks?

I was 4cm dilated and 90% effaced when they got things to stop so I’m a little concerned it’ll go quick if it kicks off again.
