Eczema?

Anyone have any idea what this could be? I had it my 1st pregnancy for a few weeks but I never asked my dr about it bc it was in between appointments so by the time I went back it was gone and it never came back. This pregnancy (2nd) I had it at the beginning as well but it went away after a week or so and it came back a few days ago. Not so itchy but it burns when I run it under warm or hot water(when I take a shower). I was thinking eczema but I could definitely be wrong as I’ve never had it without being pregnant. Not too sure what group this goes in as well.
