IVF vs Natural Pregnancy symptoms/experiences?

I’m wondering if there were any differences with your natural pregnancy vs those that have had IVF as well.  One thing I’m hoping for is to not have preeclampsia with my natural pregnancy ( had it with both my IVFs) Going into it I didn’t know that IVF pregnancies had a greater risk.  Any other possible differences?

I’m 7 weeks with a natural surprise after two ivf babies. So far I feel very different, I haven’t had nearly as much nausea, only real symptom is fatigue (but I am chasing around after a 3.5 year old and 10 month old!). My second ivf pregnancy was very difficult I had severe sickness, gallstones, horrendous PGP and then went into early labour at 23 weeks (held onto him until 36 weeks though). I’m hoping for an easier ride this time!

Having had both, I didn’t notice any real differences. Two natural pregnancies can be different as well. I had placenta accreta with my IVF pregnancy and not with my natural, but had a C-section with my natural and not with my IVF.  
I wasn’t induced with either, I had more monitoring with my IVF.  
It’s really hard to gage whether any of the differences were due to IVF
