Bleeding after lost one twin

Hi everyone. I have a history of multiple miscarriages so when i found out i was pregnant this time i was booked in for an early scan. At 6 weeks 1 day i had my first scan and was pregnant with twins but one was smaller than the other so i had to retirn in 2 weeks for another scan. Howerever a few days later i lost all symptoms so they scanned me again and found one twin very healthy but the other no longer had a heartbeat and the sac was breaking down. They said there could be spotting but now a week later the bleeding has started and im terrified of losing the other baby. Does anyone have a similar experience?
