First date tomorrow but ill!

A couple of days ago I started with a sore throat and cough and today it has got worse. Tomorrow the guy I really like is driving 2 hours to take me out for lunch, I feel like crap but if I cancel he might think it's an excuse as we've had to rearrange before. Do I still go??
