Everyday or every other day?

Been TTC for nearly 12 months now no pregnancy and frustrated. Would you have sex every day in the 5 day fertile window or every other day? Mixed reviews on what’s best! Every day and the sperms may not be at there best, every other day I’m scared I’ll miss ovulation. Help!

I tried every day and every second day but it just never worked for us, my partner has a low sperm count
The ONLY two times we fell pregnant was when he abstained 3-5 days and we did it the day before ovulation (day of positivie OPK)

If there isn’t something medically wrong with you or your partner (like bod motility or whatever) then realistically you only need to do it once. The more you do it consistently the less quality the sperm is.
Try using opks and the day you get your very first positive opk (test line is as dark or darker than control) then have sex! If you’re worried about missing ovulation then have sex the following day as well.
