Small gestational sac

Okay i really need help to put my mind at ease. I cant ask my dr until Monday and google is my worst enemy right now. So i had an ultrasound done yesterday at 10 wks 5 days. I got the results online today and it says the gestational sac is measuring 9wks and 2 days but baby is measuring 10 wks and 6 days fetal pole 165bpm. Ive had multiple miscarriages so seeing this i ran straight to google. I instantly regretted it though. I just need to hear that people have been in the same boat but came out the other side with a healthy baby. Should I worry or is this normal?
