Trying after 13 week loss

I just had my D & C last Tuesday at 13 was and 6 days, we found out at 11 weeks we tested positive for Turner’s syndrome and Down syndrome 1 out of 180 so we were thinking about termination due to not being able to support a medical needs child due to both being military.

However we found out on Monday last week there was no heartbeat and looked like it had been a few days, I had no indication except for extreme HG since 6 weeks something was wrong. Before my D&C my waters broke while in the surgery waiting room.

Now I’m stuck if I should try again as this was our IUI baby after 4 losses over 6 years of infertility. Our doctors says we need to try ASAP once I have a cycle since it will be best for use to conceive now since I’m most fertile.

However I’m just wanting to see if anyone else has been lucky to conceive. This has been the furthest I’ve ever carried for. Please no hate or mean comments as husband and myself both agreed on termination if medically necessary.
