What food should I avoid when breastfeeding?

I was wondering what food should be avoided, and what kind of food is good when breastfeeding ? 💭

I heard drinking a lot of milk may cause the baby to have gass 👀

With my first I didn't breastfeed , I will try my best to breastfeed this time

It doesn't matter so much in general, but your baby might be sensitive to things you eat so if baby is upset you might want to consider what you've been eating.

Alcohol and super gassy foods if baby seems bothered by them. I didn't avoid much of anything though. Just a healthy diet. If you go on Pinterest they have good threads you can pin about healthy breastfeeding diet
