Is this normal??

I’m 37 weeks and had a yeast infection. My dr gave me a 5 day supply of a pill to take by mouth and a clear gel to insert in my vaginal area. I finished both 2 nights ago. I took a bath no soap or anything but warm water and chunks were in the tub. Got out sat on toilet and huge clump. Went in the toilet. I wiped and it looked like this with some spotting.. that’s pictures.

I’ve had 3 days of diarrhea, nausea, headache, cramping & lots of pressure with pelvic bone pain.
