Dark spots/patches on breast? (Photo, sorry for TMI)

Hi all,

Firstly, sorry for the long post, but just looking for a bit of reassurance if you will.

I suffer really bad with anxiety and haven’t yet plucked up the courage to phone the doctors….

I have a darker patch appear on my nipple, which has gotten a little bit bigger (not loads), but now have got this darker patch underneath my breast (circled in the photo).

It’s sore and no lumps etc. It does get itchy now and again, but not often. This has been going on a few months.

Has anyone had anything similar ?

Husband thinks it might be hormonal. I have PCOS, if that makes any difference?
