Hello mommies 🥰 I’m currently in the market for prenatal vitamins and I was wondering what y’all would recommend since I’m a FTM. Any suggestions or advice helps!

This is what I’ve been taking. They smell awful but Fred Meyer always has a buy one get one going for them so I just stick with them 😅

I used nature made but then I ran out. So after that I just got the CVS brand and they work just as good.

Look for prenatals that contain methylated folate, not folic acid. Also, I only trust brands that provide the COA and have low test results for heavy metals. A few brands I trust are Needed, Theranatal, and Seeking Health.
